CONCEPT |  Designed with "air flow" as the main conceptual driver, this is the first building in a two-part development development that focuses on enhancing athletic performance stemming from atmospheric and oxygenation impact research. The space hosts a series of programs and facilities for high-altitude training and conditioning tailored for extreme sports.
