CONCEPT | This is phase 02 for the Cacau residence project. The Cacau Bungalow is a 100m2 guest house on the same site located in the prestigious Txai property, including a master bedroom and bathroom and open concept kitchen and living room. 
The design follows the Swiss and minimalist aesthetics requested by the clients, and at the same time uses local materials such as stone and wood on the entire house.
The structure is made entirely of Cross-Laminated timber elements, making this a net zero construction.
