CONCEPT |  This is a 380m2 house, with four suites, located in São Jose do Rio Preto, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil; a place known to have extremely hot weather.
Our goal was to create as much shading as possible, while still having natural light from our main skylight, filtered by the tree’s leaves.
That said, the plan was to create an open floor plate with a small reading nook on the ground floor, and all bedrooms and home office on the upper level.
